Why Cats Drink Water

At dinner my 4-year old theorized why cats like to drink water.  It went something like this...

Leora: I know why cats like to drink water so much.

Me: Why?

Leora: Because it reminds them of fish, who live in the water.  And cats like to eat fish.


That's sound logic to me.
